3 Daily Practices that Attract Good Karma

Posted by:

“As you sow, so shall you reap”, if you practice good deeds, you will attract good karma and same goes for Bad Karma. Many people believe that if you practice the following basic rules, you will not only bring good karma but may also benefit those around you.

1. The Tree of Truth is always Fruitful and Tree of Lie is Deceitful

It is a very common practice and that has been followed and preached since ages by Rishi Kumar’s, Sages and Saints, all you have to do is speak the truth whatever the situation is as there is a simple reason for this practice.

If you lie, no matter how small it is, you have set yourself for deceit from other people and it will attract bad karma and will eventually get you in trouble. Following the path of truth is not easy and so is not life, but people who take this path attract trustworthy people in their life which helps them live an authentic life.

Like the old saying “Honesty is the best policy” we all have heard it, but ask yourself do you practice it on daily basis?

2. Help People Help You

It always feels good to help others, there is an instant good feeling followed by when you help others, helping others does not mean only humans, you can also help animals, birds etc, expanding on the last point good karma is created when you help others as others may offer you help when you are in need (remember – what goes around, comes around).

If you have been experiencing emptiness lately, go out and offer help to others, not just to earn some good karma points, but this will make you feel better and elevate your mood.

3. Meditation is the Software your Processor (Mind) Needs

Meditation has been the most important pillar of Hindu religion, this practice has been there for ages and the reason it survived is that it delivers results if practiced on a daily basis. There is a saying (when your efforts fail on the outside, try looking on the inside and quiet your mind). Try controlling your thoughts and plant some positive thoughts to attract positivity.

Meditation is like cleaning your browser history on your computer or emptying your phone cache to speed up the processor, your mind is your body’s processor, the cache in there needs to be emptied too and Meditation is the software tool you need to accomplish this task.

Wishing you all a very happy Vasant Panchami, as per the Hindu calendar it is the month of Magha, this festival fall’s on the 5thday (Panchami) of Magha month, it marks the onset of spring which is celebrated by worshipping Hindu Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of art, wisdom, and knowledge)
